The present invention relates to a shock absorbing member to prevent bubbles during mounting and a display device having the same. The shock absorbing member according to the present invention includes an elastic material and a shock absorbing sheet which has a plurality of bubble dischargers formed through the thickness direction. The bubble dischargers include multiple regions of inclination inclined to have different angles of inclination in the thickness direction. According to embodiments of the present invention the shock absorbing member can prevent the bubbles generated when attached to a display panel member and also may improve the visibility of the display device by preventing that the light generated from the panel passes through the shock absorbing member.
