A memory key system of a car having a transponder is provided to perform authentication without additional tuning by connecting a memory device to a car audio system through a wire. In a memory key system of a car having a transponder, a secret code of a vehicle is stored into a head unit(10) of a car audio system. Transponder data corresponding to a secret code is stored at the memory device, and a key-box(40) comprises a connection terminal connected with a memory device of the key. The head unit is connected to the speaker(11) in order to perform a car audio, and a key set(30) is divided into the key and the key-box. |
