An apparatus for measuring mixed acid concentration according to the present invention comprises: an ion exchange means which removes iron ions from a mixed acid solution; a sensor means which is equipped with a temperature sensor for sensing the temperature of the mixed acid solution, a ultrasonic pulse velocity sensor for sensing ultrasonic pulse velocity, and a conductivity sensor for sensing conductivity; and a control unit which is electronically connected to the sensor means and measures each concentration of acids contained in the mixed acid solution by using the measured temperature value of the mixed acid solution, measured ultrasonic pulse velocity value and measured conductivity value as data, and is arranged in order to measure each concentration of acids contained in the mixed acid solution at the same time. The present invention removes iron ions from the mixed acid solution containing nitric acids, hydrofluoric acids and iron ions through ion exchange resins, measures hydrofluoric acid concentration and nitric acid concentration by using a concentration measurement regression equation and monitors the concentration rate of the nitric acids to the hydrofluoric acids. Additionally, the present invention can measure an amount of scales exfoliated from the surface of a stainless steel sheet in a stainless acid pickling process and can increase the scale removal efficiency on the surface of the stainless steel sheet. |
