The present invention provides a snow removal apparatus for vehicle headlight comprising; a frame; and an out lens arranged on the front face of the frame; and a light source arranged in the rear side of the out lens inside the frame to irradiate light; and further comprising; a transparent electrode generating heat according to applied electric currents; and a power supply part supplying electric currents to the transparent electrode; and a control part that calculates a surface temperature of the out lens on the basis of resistance values of the transparent electrode and causes the transparent electrode to generate heat by controlling the power supply part if a surface temperature of the out lens is determined to be lower than a temperature of outside air. Therefore, while there is no need to provide a separate sensor and a simple structure accompanied by easy manufacturing makes the present invention to be productive and economical, snow accumulated on a headlight can be effectively removed by more accurate determination of the accumulated condition of snow on the out lens.
