The present invention relates to the field of communication technologies and discloses a cell access method and device. The method includes: receiving an access request sent by a user equipment, and determining a location of the user equipment and existence of an idle physical resource; and determining, according to the location of the user equipment, to allow access of the user equipment, and allocating the idle physical resource to the user equipment. With the present invention, interference between neighboring cells can be avoided and the system performance can be improved. |
