Disclosed in the present invention is a scraper device for discharging a filter cake on the filter plate of a pressure filter, which comprises a fixed bracket part and a movable carriage part, wherein the fixed bracket part comprises a frame structure made up of a transverse beam and a vertical bracket beam (1), and the movable carriage part comprises a frame structure made up of a movable carriage base (3), a bottom transverse beam (19) of the movable carriage, an upper transverse beam (12) of the movable carriage and an upright column (18) of the movable carriage. The device also comprises a hoist rack part and a scraper part. The hoist rack part is mounted in the movable carriage, and comprises an upper transverse beam (31) of the hoist rack and a bottom transverse beam (32) of the hoist rack which are connected with each other by an upright column (17) of the hoist rack. A hoist slide plate (13) is provided to connect with a connection plate (35) of the hoist rack, and the hoist slide plate is connected to a chain (16) movably. Scrapers (21) are placed at both sides of the filter plate, and position limiters (14) are placed in the movable carriage part and the hoist rack part. The position limiters are connected to a clamping proximity switch (15) and an unclamping proximity switch (20).
