The present invention relates to a composition for inducing the differentiation of stem cells containing seventeen kilodaltone protein (SKP), and a differentiation induction method of the stem cells using the same. A user can induce the differentiation of the stem cells without using an existing stem cell differentiation promoter, and differentiate the stem cells into various cells including ectoderm cells, mesoblast cells, endodermal cells, nerve cells, cardiac muscle cells, etc. The composition enables the user to differentiate the stem cells into various cells by securing the various culturing conditions using SKP, and can be applied to various fields as a stem cell treatment agent, a cancer treatment agent, etc. |
