The present invention relates to a moisture and gas removal device for a forming apparatus capable of drastically improve the effect of removing moisture and gas included in forming materials with a simple composition. According to the present invention, the apparatus positioned on the path, where melted forming materials proceed to remove impurities including moisture and gas in forming materials, consists of a block assembly (30) in which multiple impurity removal blocks (31) in a block shape having a predetermined area are combined by coupling tools (40). In the moisture and gas removal device for a forming apparatus, each impurity removal block (31) has a fluid path groove (32) extended to one or both sides at a predetermined length, a discharge path (33) formed to connect with one or both sides of the fluid path groove (32) to discharge impurities in the forming materials, and a discharge groove (34) formed to enlarge on the end of the discharge path (33); and the coupling tool (40) includes a bolt shaft (42) penetrated to combine in the thickness direction of the impurity removal block (31) to closely adhere to the mutually adjacent impurity removal block (31). |
