<p>The invention relates to a temporary electrical box guard or cover to protect the box from the ingress of plaster. The electrical box comprises a cover member 10, a locating fin 12, a holding pin 14, and preferably a removable section 16 and a handle 18. Each locating fin 12, guides the cover onto the electrical box and each holding pin 14, holds the cover in place. The fins may also be used to clip two or more covers together for storage purpose. The removable section 16 can be removed to allow any cables in the electrical box, to exit the electrical box and allow the cover to be fitted. The handle 18, is used to remove the cover after use.</p> |
