The present invention relates to an apparatus for monitoring the malfunction of a lamp of a vehicle, which comprises: a reflector where an opening unit is formed at one side thereof and a space unit having a cone-shaped inner surface is formed; a light source unit which is placed at the other side opposite to the opening unit in order to radiate light; an inner lens which is placed to close the opening unit of the reflector and where the light radiated from the light source unit passes; a photo sensor unit which is placed in a reflection path inside the space unit after the light radiated from the light source unit is reflected or in a part which is out of a refraction path after being refracted, in order to recognize the irradiation of the light from the light source unit, and then applies a fixed electrical signal according to the recognition result. Therefore, the apparatus for monitoring the malfunction of a lamp of a vehicle can provide an advantage of allowing a user to easily monitor the malfunction of a lamp of a currently driving vehicle. |
