A ceiling type heating and air conditioning module for a new and renewable energy plant is prepared on the ceiling of a new and renewable energy plant, and includes: a unit cover which is prepared on the ceiling of the structure, and which is exposed to the outside to form a ventilation hole; an outdoor unit which is prepared inside the unit cover, and which is open to the outside by the ventilation hole; an indoor unit which is prepared inside the unit cover, connected with the outdoor unit, and which is open to the inside of the structure; and a transformer which receives power from the new and renewable energy plant and transforms the power into a necessary voltage.
