The housing (1) has viewing window to monitor traffic space and/or environment in front, top or side wall (5,6) on outer casing of vehicles. A front surface is inclined at angle of 15-60[deg] relative to perpendicular direction (22). The surface normal of upper and lower portions of front surface are pivoted at angle of +10[deg] to -20[deg] and 0-30[deg] opposite to travel direction (17). A funnel-shaped percussion mass is protruded to a large extent toward the travel direction and is narrowed in the region of the viewing window toward the diverting side.
