Disclosed are a device for installing blades for a wind power generator and a method using the same for installing the blades for a wind power generator. The device for installing the blades for a wind power generator according to the present invention which includes a tower/blade connecting assembly with a blade posture controlling unit which controls the postures of the blades in respect to a hub for installing the blades on the hub while a tower and at least one blade are each gripped; and an alignment monitoring unit which checks whether a plurality of bolt holes formed on blade connecting units and a plurality of holes of root units of the blades are aligned or not while the blades approach the hub.
