The present invention relates to an automatic chicken breading apparatus, which comprises an external powder container in which raw chicken pieces are input into the inside through an opening; a powder supply container supplying powder to the inside of the external powder container; a rotary shaft installed in the inner side of the external powder container along the longitudinal direction; a transfer motor installed to be connected to the rotary shaft and to rotate the rotary shaft; a transfer screw prepared along the outer periphery of the rotary shaft along the longitudinal direction, rotating with the rotary shaft to perform breading on the chicken pieces with powder supplied from the powder supply container while transporting the raw chicken pieces; a screen cylinder surrounding the area other than the portion that the raw chicken pieces are input in the transfer screw, installed to rotate with the rotary shaft and having multiple penetration holes on the outer periphery; and a discharging blade prepared on the outer periphery of the rotary shaft to be lined with the screen cylinder, installed within the external powder container, and formed to be bent in a spiral shape to rotate with the rotary shaft and to discharge the transported raw chicken pieces breaded in the transfer screw. According to the present invention, the breading process on chicken is performed automatically; therefore, the man power required for chicken cooking and the loss of sub-ingredients are minimized, a hygienic condition is satisfied, the standardization of taste is possible, and addition of powder to frying oil, which is a cause of the rancidity, is minimized to delay the rancidity of frying oil. |
