<p>The invention relates to a bellows (2) for guiding exhaust gas flow (20) from the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine (8) to an exhaust pipe (12), said bellows (2) comprising flanges (4) at the ends of the bellows, for connecting the bellows (2) into exhaust gas flow line (20b) between the internal combustion engine (8) and the exhaust pipe (12), and a shell section (2e) between the flanges (4). The shell (2e) is comprised of several layers (2b, 2c) and that a catalytic type coating (24) has been applied on one or more layers (2b, 2c) of the shell (2e).
