The present invention relates to a separation preventing and waterproof roof shingle structure and a repairing method thereof, wherein the repairing method comprises: a step of entirely covering a portion, in which concrete is broken, with a glass fiber mesh, adding a color steel sheet on the glass fiber mesh, and then fixing the edges of the glass fiber mesh and the color steel sheet on a roof shingle and a roof bottom by caps and fasteners; a partial reinforcement step of covering both inclined portions of a ridge with the glass fiber mesh as much as about 30 cm, reinforcing the glass fiber mesh by the color steel sheet, and then fixing the glass fiber mesh and the color steel sheet on not only the roof shingle but also the roof bottom by the caps and fasteners which are positioned at distances of 1 to 2 m; a reinforcement step of covering a corner part, in which the roof shingle touches a vent or the wall of a machinery room, with non-woven fabric, adding the color steel sheet on a portion in which the end of the roof touches a vertical wall, and then fixing the non-woven fabric and the color steel sheet by screw anchors, wherein the color steel sheet entirely covers the roof shingle and a copper flashing; a step of entirely spreading a primer material on the roof shingle, wherein the primer material is intensively filled in joints between the roof shingle and reinforcement members such as the glass fiber mesh, the caps, the fasteners, the non-woven fabric, the screw anchors, and the color steel sheet; a step of spreading an intermediate material on the primer material in order to impregnate the intermediate material in the reinforcement members; and a step of spreading a finish material as a top coating material on the intermediate material. According to the present invention, the shingle can be prevented from being separated by cracks therein and wind, wherein the cracks are due to sunlight. |
