A method and a system for providing an eyesight correction for patients are disclosed. The method and the system adopt an eyesight management POD in order to make patients participate in an eyesight diagnosis and a correction option and provide the diagnosis and the option. More specifically, the method includes the following steps of: educating people in a geographic area in a specific identified group which requires an eyesight correction through a target-set source; generating customized eyesight correction ID cards by providing an eye inspection for patients by using the eyesight management POD; providing one or more eyesight correction solutions for the patients; supplying corresponding trainings to the patients about the one or more eyesight correction solutions; and providing continuous management and supports for the patients.
