PURPOSE: A device for a multiview image by using a camera parameter, a generating device thereof, a method thereof, and recording medium including a program for the same are provided to increase compression efficiency by performing adaptive encoding based on the existence and reliability of the camera parameter. CONSTITUTION: A decoding device receives a multiview image stream including camera parameter information. The device extracts the camera parameter information from the received multiview image stream by multiview image unit(1120). The device decodes an encoded multiview image by using the extracted camera parameter information(1140).
