PURPOSE: A PCR-free minisatellite tandem repeat genotyping which is characterized by PCR-free VNTR(Variable Number Tandem Repeat) typing is provided to ensure quick speed, high sensitivity, and low price. CONSTITUTION: A minisatellite tandem repeat genotyping is characterized by PCR-free VNTR typing. The genotyping method comprises: a step of performing ligation using a probe for VNTR typing; a step of purifying a solid phase of a ligation product; and a step of checking the number of VNTR loci of a sample. An apparatus for VNTR analysis comprises: a ligation part, a solid phase purification unit containing a magnetic bead; and microCE device part. |
