The present invention relates to a supercapacitor which has a cathode/electrolyte/separator/electrolyte/anode structure, uses a material obtained by electro-depositing RuO2 using a cyclic voltammetry with a potential of -0.5-1.5 V and a scanning rate of 20-3000 mV/s on a metal foil as the electrode material and uses one among poly(2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid) (PAMPS), poly(acrylic acid) (PAA), or poly(acrylic acid) partial potassium salt (PAAK), or a mixture made up of one among poly(2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid) (PAMPS), poly(acrylic acid) (PAA), or poly(acrylic acid) partial potassium salt (PAAK) with H2SO4 as the electrolyte. The supercapacitor of the present invention improves capacitance using an electrode material obtained by electro-depositing RuO2 on a metal foil and a predetermined polymer gel electrolyte, and the measured impedance result shows that the supercapacitor of the present invention can be used as an excellent supercapacitor by showing a phase angle close to 90°at a high frequency range. |
