A donor substrate comprises: a base layer; a photo-thermal conversion layer disposed on the base layer; a buffer layer disposed on the photo-thermal conversion layer; an organic transfer layer disposed on the buffer layer; and a contact member, disposed on the peripheral region of the organic transfer layer, which includes an adhesive film capable of controlling adhesion according to irradiation of UV light. An organic light emitting display with an improved performance can be manufactured by preventing failure of steps during the manufacturing process by using the donor substrate of the present invention. |
