The present invention relates to a method for enhancing the content of bioactive substances of a natural substance using simultaneous middle temperature extraction and a fermentation process and more specifically, in the present invention, since natural substances are fermented at 45-70°C using Bacillus coagulans, which is an edible thermophilic bacterium, and extracted at the same time, the content of effective bioactive substances is enhanced compared to the content thereof obtained by traditional fermentation, and an economic effect can be increased as the entire time required for the process is shortened. Thus, the effective bioactive substances can be effectively extracted from natural substances which have undergone simultaneous middle temperature extraction and fermentation and can be used for manufacturing health functional foods, pharmaceutical products, and cosmetics.
