<p>A controller, according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes: an electronic tag device for receiving personal identification information; an input device; an output device; a central processor; a memory linked with the central processor to store a program or data; and interface device which receives signals from the electronic tag device and exchanges signals with the central processor; and a program which is stored in the memory and executed by the central processor, and which displays an unlock status of the output device when the identification information, received by the electronic tag device, has an administratior authority, so as for the input device to sense an external input signal. The controlling method of a controller, according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes the following steps of: displaying a locked status in which an input is limited; receiving identification information; apprehending whether the identification information has the administrator authority; displaying the unlock status when the administrator authority is certified; and operating the input device to sense the external input when the administrator authority is certified.
