Disclosed are an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of effectively preventing moisture from permeating an organic light emitting element. The disclosed organic light emitting display device includes a structure to include an active region which is divided into a first active region in which the organic light emitting element is arranged and a second active region which is adjacent to a sealant region and to remove a pixel defining layer between the first active region and the second active region. According to the structure, early deformation of the organic light emitting element due to the moisture is prevented by preventing the moisture from permeating the organic light emitting element along the pixel defining layer.
