The racket has a frame (1) comprising a striking head (2) delimiting a sieve surface (3) and a rod (6) equipped with a gripping handle. An upper end of the rod is connected to the striking head through a junction structure (7). The junction structure includes two legs (8, 9) comprising a common proximal part (10) connected to an upper part of the rod. The legs have distal parts (8a, 9a) associated with anterior and posterior sides of a lower central portion of the striking head. The legs are separated by a transverse groove (11) that extends between the distal and proximal parts.
