The present invention relates to a loop manufacturing apparatus for a wire rope. The loop manufacturing apparatus comprises a base formed lengthwise in a forward and backward direction; an annular part supporter equipped to protrude upwards from the front of the base, and having a vertical rod having a longitudinal rotary shaft in front rotating by an angle adjusting motor in the upper rear part, and a supporting plate in which the annular part of a wire rope is mounted and fixed behind the longitudinal rotary shaft; a rear supporter equipped to protrude upwards from the rear of the base the base, and mounting or fixing a wire rope; a forward and backward transfer unit equipped in the middle of the base to be transferred forwards and backwards through a forward and backward transfer cylinder, open from the top to the center so that the vertical wire rope is able to be inserted from the top into the center, and having a needle mounting plate with a central hole in the front, and a rope supporter protruding frontwards from the lower front of the central hole of the needle mounting plate and supporting the connection part of the wire rope where a needle (540) is inserted; and an operating needle unit equipped in one side in the front of the needle mounting plate, and operating a needle mounted cylinder to insert the needle to the lower part of a strand of the wire rope positioned in the upper part of the rope supporter to form a strand penetration space. |
