<p>The present invention provides an organic light emitting diode display comprising: a semiconductor pattern, and a first storage electrode composed of the same material as the semiconductor pattern and doped with impurity ions, disposed on a substrate; a gate insulating film disposed on the semiconductor pattern and the first storage electrode; a second storage electrode corresponding to the first storage electrode and made of a first conductive layer, and a gate electrode corresponding to the channel area of the semiconductor pattern and made of multilayers including the first conductive layer, disposed on the gate insulating film; an inter-layer insulating film disposed on the second storage electrode and the gate electrode; a source electrode and a drain electrode connected to a source area and a drain area in the semiconductor pattern, respectively, and a third storage electrode corresponding to the second storage electrode and electrically connected to the first storage electrode, disposed on the inter-layer insulating film; a first passivation film disposed on the source electrode, the drain electrode and the third storage electrode; a connection electrode connected to the drain electrode, and a fourth storage electrode corresponding to the third storage electrode and electrically connected to the second storage electrode, disposed on the first passivation film; and an organic light emitting diode connected to the connection electrode.</p> |
