<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas insulated switchgear reduced in the entire size and improved in economic efficiency and reliability due to a composite insulation structure between electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: The gas insulated switchgear includes a DS (disconnect switch) 15 stored in an equipment tank 1 wherein an insulation gas is encapsulated. The DS 15 has a DS movable-side electrode 150a, a DS movable element 150b that makes a linear movement in the horizontal direction in the DS movable-side electrode 150a, and a DS fixed-side electrode 151a that is brought into contact with and is separated from the DS movable element 150b. Around the DS movable-side electrode 150a, a composite insulation shield wherein a metal shield 33 is applied with an insulator 34 is provided. The DS fixed-side electrode 151a is arranged in a cylindrical conductor 12 extending in a direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the DS movable element 150b. Inside the DS fixed-side electrode 151a, an arc electrode 45 is provided. Furthermore, a flat part 47 is formed on a surface of a fixed-side shield 12b that faces the DS movable-side electrode 150a, and a fixed-side insertion hole 48 is formed in the flat part 47 to insert the DS movable element 150b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
