The present invention relates to an insulated housing of a solid insulated switchgear and a manufacturing method thereof. The insulated housing of the solid insulated switchgear of the present invention includes: an insulated housing main body which forms an accommodation space which has one side open in a solid insulated member as the insulated housing of the solid insulated switchgear; a first bushing part which has a first conductor which is connected with any one between a bus and a load in one side of the insulated housing main body; a second bushing part which has a second conductor which is connected with the other one between the bus and the load in the other side of the insulated housing main body; and a creeping distance extending part which is formed to have an uneven cross section in order to extend a creeping distance inside the insulated housing main body. By the forementioned, the creeping distance can be increased without increasing the size of the insulated housing.
