The present invention relates to a method and system for managing a no-show customer. The no-show customer management method according to the present invention is executed by a server communicating with a terminal of a customer and one or more affiliated store devices, the no-show customer management method comprising the steps of: receiving reservation information of a customer including information about a reserved affiliated store, information about the reservation time, information about the number of people reserved, and information about the customer from the customer terminal or the affiliated store device; computing the no-show rate of the customer using the reservation information; and providing the terminal of the customer with a notification message corresponding to the computed no-show rate.
