The present invention relates to a conveyor surface sterilizer which can extend the expiration date and prevent the spoilage of a product by sterilizing foods, food processing materials, and finished products, which are transferred during food processing, on a conveyor in a non-heated status. For this purpose, the conveyor surface sterilizer sterilizes in a non-heated method by placing and moving foods which will be sterilized on the conveyor belt (5) rotated between driving rolls (3) connected to a motor (1) by a chain (2), and a driven roll (4) in a caterpillar method and irradiating the foods with ultraviolet rays using ultraviolet ray lamps (6). In the upper and lower ends of the conveyor belt (5), an upper cover (7a) and a lower cover (7b) having the plurality of ultraviolet ray lamps (6) are each installed in a door hinge method. The conveyor belt (5) is formed with a stainless net in order to evenly irradiate the foods with the ultraviolet ray generated from the upper and lower end lamps (7a,7b). |
