The present invention relates to a multifunctional life guard which allows a user to conveniently use the life guard regardless of the elderly and adults in regard to exercise and play related with water and excludes concern for safety accidents. The multifunctional life guard has a guard body which is formed in a plate shape and is made of a buoyant material and one or more holes formed on both sides of the guard body in a longitudinal direction or a width direction. The life guard provides various functions by independently using the guard body or combining a belt with one or more auxiliary bodies using the holes or a connecting unit.
