The present invention relates to a card key with reinforced strength and a manufacturing method thereof especially, a card key with reinforced strength and a manufacturing method thereof capable of improving the strength while reducing the thickness of the card key. The card key with reinforced strength comprises a circuit board where an electronic component is mounted at one side; a key holder which is mounted at the circuit board and in which a mechanical type key is inserted therein; a battery holder which is mounted at the circuit board and in which a battery applying power to the electronic component is inserted therein; a supporting rod mounted at the other side of the circuit board for supporting the strength of the circuit board; and a resin case surrounding the circuit board, the key holder, the battery holder and the supporting rod wherein the supporting rod is formed in the shape of a rod for being longitudinally mounted at the other side of the circuit board. |
