摘要 |
A method for the selective determination of the concentration of an active human protease coagulation factor in a sample comprises the steps of binding a specific inhibitor of the human protease coagulation factor to a solid phase, letting the human protease coagulation factor contained in the sample bind to the solid phase-bound inhibitor, and detecting the human protease coagulation factor bound to the solid phase-bound inhibitor with a specific detection reagent which binds to the protease coagulation factor. In some embodiments, the protease coagulation factor and corresponding inhibitor comprise factor Xa (FXa) and tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI), factor XIIa (FXIIa) and corn trypsin inhibitor (CTI), factor XIa (FXIa) and C1-inhibitor, kallikrein and C1-inhibitor, factor IIa (FIIa, thrombin) and heparin cofactor II, or factor VIIa (FVIIa) and antithrombin. The specific detection reagent is typically an antibody conjugated to peroxidase. |
