<p>An electric vacuum cleaner includes a cleaner main body housing an electric blower (18). The electric vacuum cleaner includes an air passage communicating with a suction side of the electric blower(18). The electric vacuum cleaner includes a floor brush (23) which is movable on a surface to be cleaned, and partitioning a part of the air passage. The electric vacuum cleaner includes an optical sensor (53) that detects a dust amount passing through an inside of the air passage by driving of the electric blower (18). The electric vacuum cleaner includes a cleaning efficiency calculating part (59) that calculates a cleaning efficiency on the basis of an integrated amount of the dust amount detected by the optical sensor (53), a moving amount on the surface to be cleaned of the floor brush (23), and a moving time on the surface to be cleaned of the floor brush (23). The electric vacuum cleaner includes a display unit (20) which is capable of displaying the cleaning efficiency calculated by the cleaning efficiency calculating part (59).</p> |
