Provided is a radiation curable adhesive with superior inter-sheet adhesive strength and resistance to moist heat, high quality and yield, and high producibility. This radiation curable adhesive contains an epoxy resin (E) and a (meth)acryloyl group-containing urethane resin (D) obtained by reacting: a polyol component (A) that does not contain (meth)acryloyl groups, which has a polyether polyol (A1) of 500-5,000 number average molecular weight as an essential component; a polyol component (B) having a (meth)acryloyl group and two or more hydroxyl groups; and a polyisocyanate component (C).
