The present invention can prevent accidents that a user get a cut on a hand or is injured when using a box cutter or a chaffcutter type paper cutter. The present invention enables many pieces of paper to be cut at a fixed standard at once with a blade. The cutter blade comes down in a rotary cutter when the user pushes a button. The rotary cutter cuts the piece of the paper by moving from side to side in a groove. |
