PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of water absorptive resin using azo-based crosslinking agent has high degree of the internal crosslinking of gel type resin at the fragmentation of gel type resin, thereby making mass production possible, and is provided to manufacture an absorptive resin with high absorption by decreasing degree of cross-linking by heating at post-processing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of water absorptive resin comprises: a step(S11) of forming gel-type resin by internal crosslinking agent 40-80mol% neutralized acrylic acid-based monomer water solution including acidic groups; a step(S12) of forming fine gel type resin by fragmenting the gel type resin; a step(S13) of forming base resin powder by heating and pulverizing the fine gel-type resin; and a step(S14) of forming an absorptive resin by surface crosslinking the base resin powder by a second crosslinking agent. The average particle size of the fine gel-type resin is 1-10mm. |
