A seat fixing structure is provided to fix the fastener member in the concave part of a fixture easily without the needs of inserting the fastener member in the longitudinal direction and closing the opening of the concave part with a separate member. A seat fixing structure comprises a seat(3) including a hooking member(23) in a double folded part; a fastener member(22) including a longitudinal recess(22b) in which the holing member and the double folded member are fixed and an interlocking part(22a); and a concave part(20) in which the fastener member is inserted in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and which includes an interlocked part(20a) engaged with the interlocking part. |
