摘要 The present invention provides a method for measuring a change in blood pressure by breathing control. For this, the present invention includes a step of a blood pressure measurement apparatus extracting a correlation equation between blood pressure, measured by applying pressure to a cuff, and pulse transit time, calculated by using a pulse signal and an electrocardiogram signal and storing the extracted correlation equation before a breathing training. Henceforward, at the breathing training, the apparatus obtains the pulse transit time and heart rate while the cuff is removed by using the pulse signal and the electrocardiogram signal; measures ventilatory frequency by using the heart rate; induces the breathing to arrive at a target ventilatory frequency; and calculates a blood pressure value according to the obtained pulse transit signal by using the correlation equation after arriving at the target ventilatory frequency. By doing this, a person under measurement can know a blood pressure measurement result before the breathing training and a change in the blood pressure caused by the breathing during the breathing training.
