The present invention provides a vision inspection apparatus for inspecting the multiple sections of an object, comprising an optical unit including a first optical module having a first cone mirror formed to contract toward the object so as to reflect light reflected on the first part of the object again, and a second optical module formed to change the propagating direction of the light reflected on the second part of the object; an image acquisition unit for acquiring a first image for the first part of the object and a second image for the second part by receiving, via the optical unit, the light reflected on the first part and the second part respectively; an image generation unit for receiving the first image and the second image from the image acquisition unit respectively and generating a single image of the second image arranged in the middle of the first image; and a judgment unit for receiving the single image from the image generation unit and judging the defect of the object by comparing the single image with reference images for the first part and the second part. |
