PURPOSE: A data structure and a timing signal generation method are provided to flexibly convert a timing signal and to reduce the successive execution interval of a multiple image mode by using structural characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic aperture radar (SAR) timing generation device receives data for generating a time line through a system bus, stores the time line in a memory, and transmits a timing generation signal to sub-systems. Timing signal generation reads each construction pattern and a lasting time value from a pulse repetition interval (PRI) cluster identification (ID) table, generates a timing signal in real time, and changes a parameter according to a sampling start time change flag.
