Disclosed is a cooking apparatus using microwaves. The embodiments of the present invention are to improve the uniform heating performance of a cooling apparatus using microwaves by using a simple structure such as a microwave oven. In the embodiments of the present invention for improving use efficiency, foods in a cooling room are uniformly heated by using an antenna of meander structure or a structure which moves with a meander antenna. In the embodiments of the present invention, foods are more quickly and uniformly heated by using an antenna of meander structure or a structure which moves with a meander antenna which generates microwaves with different resonance frequency modes.
