PURPOSE: A differential phase driver has a perfect differential structure by removing errors and time delay between a positive output signal and a negative output signal. CONSTITUTION: A digital-analog converter (220) converts a digital signal outputted from a memory and a digital control unit (210) into an analog signal. A reverse digital-analog converter (230) receives a digital output signal of the memory and the digital control unit, converts it into a reversed analog signal, and outputs the reversed analog signal. The output signal of the reverse digital-analog converter has a phase difference of 180 degrees from the output signal of the digital-analog converter. A first output driver (240) receives the output signal of the digital-analog converter and outputs a positive output signal (OUT+). A second output driver (250) receives the output signal of the reverse digital-analog converter and outputs a negative output signal (OUT-). |
