PURPOSE: A Radio Frequency (RF) receiver with a tracking filter correction function and a tracking filter correction method using the same are provided to correct the change of tracking filter's properties caused by the manufacturing process error of an RF receiver and environment variations in temperature, etc. during operation. CONSTITUTION: A low noise amplifier (20) amplifies signals from an antenna. A tracking filter (30) allows a certain frequency band out of the output of the low noise amplifier to pass. A first local oscillator (40) and a mixer (50) perform the down conversion of signals passing through the tracking filter. A low pass filter (60) allows signals having lower frequencies than a given frequency to pass. An automatic gain controller (AGC) (90) corrects the tracking filter by feeding the output signals of the low pass filter back to the tracking filter. |
