The present invention relates to an occupant classification apparatus for a vehicle, which includes a seat belt reminder (SBR) sensor which is equipped in a seat in the vehicle to sense whether an occupant is seated, wherein the SBR sensor comprises: a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer which are respectively stacked on opposing faces of a first film and a second film; a first carbon layer and a second carbon layer which are respectively stacked on opposing faces of the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer; an adhesive member which is disposed between the carbon layer and the second carbon layer to bond the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, wherein each of the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer includes: a first silver paste layer which is directly stacked on opposing faces of the first film and the second film; an insulating layer which is applied to the first silver paste layer; and a second silver paste layer which is stacked on the insulating layer, and thus the SBR sensor provides design diversity for circuits. |
