The present invention relates to a polishing device for manufacturing a thermocouple comprising: a frame, a rotary panel having both ends installed in the frame to be rotated and penetrated by a metal sheath cable for a thermocouple at the center, and having a weight installed on the bottom; an electric motor electrically connected to one end of the rotary panel to rotate the rotary panel; multiple polishing motors separately fixed on the top of the rotary panel; and polishing rollers connected to the motor shafts of the polishing motors to rotate together when the motor shafts rotate so as to polish the metal sheath cable for a thermocouple. The present invention can efficiently polish the entire surface of the metal sheath cable for a thermocouple and makes the color of the surface of the metal sheath cable for a thermocouple good when the metal sheath cable for a thermocouple is polished.
