Provided is a paper tube replacing apparatus which automatically replace a paper tube on which a fabric is wound with a new paper tube, and then continuously winds the fabric on the new paper tube without the stop or the delay of a winding operation. The provided paper tube replacing apparatus comprises: a paper tube supporting unit sequentially moving multiple paper tubes supported by multiple paper tube supporting shafts to a fabric accumulation position in which the fabric is wound and accumulated; and a fabric guiding unit stopping to feed the fabric proceeding to a previous paper tube getting out of the fabric accumulation position and guiding the fabric to be wound on a new paper tube when the previous paper tube on which the fabric is wound and accumulated gets out of the fabric accumulation position and the new paper tube moves to the fabric accumulation position. The fabric guiding unit includes: at least one nip roller pressing the fabric passing through the new paper tube and proceeding to the previous paper tube on which the fabric is wound and accumulated, and sticking the fabric to the outer circumferential surface of the new paper tube; a cutting blade cutting a part, which proceeds ahead of a part stuck to the outer circumferential surface of the new paper tube, and separating the fabric from the previous paper tube on which the fabric is wound and accumulated; and an air blowing nozzle blowing air to the front end of the separated fabric in order to prevent the front end of the separated fabric from being separated from the outer circumferential surface of the new paper tube, wherein the parts are included in the fabric. |
