Provided is an adjuster of waste size for clothes such as a pair of pants and skirt within a predetermined range. The present invention arranged on the part that the inner and outer waist parts are overlapped comprises the following: a guide rail protruding from the side of a rail strap spaced from the inner waist part when the rail strap having a latch home is sewed; an attachment body from which an elevating guide is protruding, installed on the inner side of the outer waist part; a latch housing arranged to be slid on the rail strap, combined to the attachment body, having a guide part vertical to an entrance; and a latch plate, which a latch bump is formed on a side of a lower part, which a stud having a coil spring is formed at the center of the lower part, to make the elevating guide part combined to an elevating guide part formed on an upper side, and which a latch groove is hooked under the latch home of the rail strap inserted into the entrance by the force the coil spring. |
