PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural and horticultural water wettable powder that is easy to handle because it easily adjusts to water at the time of preparing a diluted solution and it foams less even at high concentration dilution.SOLUTION: Such a problem is solved by an agricultural and horticultural water wettable powder characterized by comprising a dithiocarbamate fungicide, and an acetylenic diol surfactant. A water-soluble film pack containing the water wettable powder is also provided.
